LECCOM BASIC FORMATION

For Lectors and Commentators of parishes and transparochial communities

All Basic Formation seminars are composed of the Liturgical Formation and Doctrinal

Formation. Participants are required to attend both seminars to be eligible

for commissioning

Requirements:

1. Application forms with picture and contact numbers of the applicant

2. Recommendation letters by Parish Evaluation Committee

( Parish Priest, Worship Coordinator and Ministry Coordinator) of

pre-screened applicants submitted one month before scheduled seminar

to be sent by fax (5278983)

3. Registration fee of Php 250.00

4. one (1) 2x2 picture for the registration form
